The land owner(s) has established the following rules. All members and their guest are expected to abide by
these rules. CTOR is a working ranch and these rules are for your safety and land management. Failure to follow
the rules could result in the termination of your membership.
1. Membership fee is $375 per year non-refundable or transferable. Membership is good January 1st
through December 31st and icludes adult member, spouse and dependent children under 18 years.
2. All members must complete and have notarized a waiver of liability and indemnity agreement..
3. All members will display their CTOR sticker on the front of the mtorcycle or ATV. An additional sticker is provided to be placed on the transporting vehicle. CTOR is for Dirt Bikes and single seat ATV's only!
4. Members may bring guest to ride CTOR for a day membership fee of $20 per guest. CTOR
member is resonsible guest filling out the day membership form and depositing the form and fee
in the day membership box located at the bullitin board. Day members (guest) will not unload
or ride until the sponsor has completed the before mentioned conditions. Violation of the guest
rule can result in termination of membership.
5.All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
6. Helmets will be worn at all times.
7. No riding on improved roads (Peak Lane) or Corps of Engineer property. Never cross a
cattle gaurd.
8.The land owner has marked off limits (mule tape and ribbon) the area around the wind mil and
barn along with a small grove of trees just east of the parking lot.
9. Ride on marked and established trails only.A description of the markings is located on the
bulletin board.
10. Grass for the livestock is a premium commodity. Do not spin doughnuts or ride on the grassy areas.
11. Do not ride on cattle tanks or damns. Do not ride in any water or mud area unless it is on a trail.
12.No land or tree modification. Trail workers will some times pile up brush to re-route a trail. Do
not remove this brush!
13. Parking is only allowed in the designated area along the side of the main entrance and the RV area.
14. Pit speed through the parking area is 1st gear, which means very slow.
15. No littering, pack it in-pack it out.
16. Campfires are allowed only in the fire rings provided. Do not build new rings. Observe burn ban
signs.
17. Do not chase or aggravate the livestock.
18. No hunting or fishing, no firearms displayed.
19. Keep pets on a leash.
RV Hook-Up Rules
1. Any type of overnight stay will be $15 which include water and electricity, for tent campers there are outlets
behind the shower house.
2. For the pease and quiet of others, there will be know generator use while hook up space is available.
3. Campers park in RV spaces only.
4. There can be two RV's hooked up to each space.
5. There is a 30 amp, 50 amp and 110 recepacles on each RV space.
6. Do not hook up RV to 110 outlet.
